Vendor needs to provide data analytics and adhoc reporting tool, solution should facilitate strategic management initiatives of the users by providing key departmental insights, solution provides performance analytics to address goals, objectives, and accountability, solution should help generate dashboard / scorecards that show the overall health of the department or a particular division / unit, solution allows users to compare business processes and performance, solution enables "what if analysis" to allow users to assess the potential effects of critical decision before they’re actually made, solution facilitates analysis of a single, specific health system question, solution allows users to examine large pre-existing databases in order to generate new information, solution enables users to understand data by creating relevant summaries and presenting the data in self-explanatory mode, solution provides statistical tools to analyse and draw inferences from data, solution has the capability to point out patterns within the data, solution helps users utilize a variety of sources to analyse current and past information in order to analyse the probability of events, solution helps identifying the best outcome to events, given the parameters, and suggesting decision options to take advantage of a future opportunity or to mitigate a future risk, solution converts unstructured text data into meaningful data for semantic text analysis.
