(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment service for the position of chief of police to the government authority located in Saint John, NB.
- Presenting search strategy to the commission prior to commencing recruitment search
- Conducting an extensive search of potential candidates - local, provincial, regional and national
- Managing the particulars and communications with the candidates
- Pre-screening applications based on police commission defined criteria
- Providing short-list of candidates to the commission
- Negotiate a compensation package with chosen candidate
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
