Government authority located in New Brunswick; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for communications upgrade service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications upgrade service to the government authority located in New Brunswick.
- Internet telephony service provider. This upgrade must be established no later than November 2019.
- SJE requires the following services.
- Data: dark fibre or 10GB Ethernet private line between SHE primary and DR site.
- Internet: 1 GB burstable internet at saint john energy primary site.
- VoIP: 24 Channel SUP trunks.
- Must provide SLA, penalty structure and pricing.
- Provide SJE insight and details as to your local support staff that would be able to better support, complement and add to SJE capabilities.
- Provide SJE maps that detail your existing fiber network, routing and redundant capabilities.
- Provide maps that show local fiber routing IP Wan maps that include or may include upstream telecom service providers.
- Provide maps that detail the proposed fiber paths from source to target along with any redundancy capabilities.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 27, 2019.

- Onshore (Canada Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
