Government Authority located in New Brunswick; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for supply and implementation of water data management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide supply and implementation of water data management system.
- All data shall be identified by input and entry type, this should include, but not be limited to:
- Laboratory data received electronically,
- Data measured by a portable test kit,
- Instrument readings received electronically from a process control system (SCADA) or manually entered by Operators,
- Values that have been calculated by the WDMS, etc,
- The shall have the ability to enter data via mobile devices (smartphones and tablets),
- Mobile users shall have the ability to enter data while online (connected to the Internet) or offline (disconnected from the Internet),
- Compare any data entered against the set alerting criteria and automatically issue email alert notifications to users when a result is greater than the maximum alerting criteria, lower than the minimum alerting criteria, or outside an alerting criteria range,
- A web native solution that is accessed using any standard web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Opera) without the need of any 3rd party software download or installation.
