[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a supplier that can design and assist with the implementation of SharePoint Online.
• Current state assessment;
- review current SharePoint technical infrastructure;
- document configuration and use cases of all existing SharePoint sites;
• Needs analysis
- Establish the purpose of SharePoint Online for WorkSafeNB; and
- Design the structure of SharePoint Online at WorkSafeNB, including: enterprise sites; division sites; and department sites.
• Strategy and recommendations
- A governance model for SharePoint Online;
- Infrastructure upgrades and preparation for SharePoint Online;
- Site evolution for SharePoint Online;
- The rollout of SharePoint Online
• Road map
- A short-term plan for implementing SharePoint Online in accordance with the Deliverables; and
- A long-term plan to maintain and evolve the use of SharePoint Online throughout WorkSafeNB.
• SharePoint Online pilot sites
- Define the information architecture and templates and create a WorkSafeNB enterprise site; and
- Define the information architecture and templates and create a chief information office division site.
• Training and knowledge transfer
- Technical and infrastructure;
- Site administration and client support
• Post-project support.
- WorkSafeNB may require post-project support on a time and materials basis. It is estimated that WorkSafeNB may require up to one hundred (100) hours of support; however, payment will be for actual hours performed, based on the hourly rate provided in pricing.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
