[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide E-Signature solution.
- The solution interface, supporting documentation and vendor support must be bilingual in English and Canadian French
- The solution includes a portal for users to manage their documents and signature gathering
- Users must be able to add single as well as multiple recipients to the transaction:
- Users must be able to define fields for recipient action within the document (signature, initials, date, other user-defined fields)
- The Platform must provide direct replacement for the gathering of wet signature (representation of signatures must be applied to the document)
- The Platform must send email notifications and reminders to recipients.
- Must be able to create sub-accounts or administratively separate groups for each department to manage their own users and settings
- Have the capability to capture the signer's natural signature as well as an option for auto-generation of electronic signature
- Reporting capabilities for consumption and usage monitoring for each user and each sub-account
- Customizable branding of the emails and web pages the recipients see.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Canada Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
