(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft D365 ecommerce implementation and D365 system support services.– Respondents to specify, in detail, their proven implementation methodology, which aligns with industry best practices for the development of website on Microsoft’s eCommerce platform, integrated with D365.– Including but not limited to: Website architecture, navigation strategy, content strategy, design strategy.– Design must consider the storefront on the Microsoft eCommerce platform, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) elements, as well as sections of the site which are more focused on educational content.– Provide subject–matter expertise and thought leadership – relative to D365, eCommerce and e–commerce in general – at every stage of the project and duration of the engagement – from strategy through to design, build, integration, testing, maintaining and troubleshooting as needs arise.• Integration of the new B2C eCommerce Storefront to Microsoft D365 Finance and Operation (D365 F&O)• Ensure that existing integrations to the Microsoft D365 F&O platform, including our Credit Card Payment Processing Provider (currently Moneris), Logistics, work seamlessly with the new B2C eCommerce storefront.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for two years.
