(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical information system. – Province is seeking to procure a CIS (Clinical Information System) Solution either as an On–Premises CIS Solution, or a SaaS CIS Solution.• Ability to demonstrate excellence in system design and use, implementation approach, automation of clinical work, automated escalation of care, information access, customization, analytics, and future functionality.• Ability to demonstrate functionality for specific modules or processes.• Support and evolve the proposed system and hosting.• Ability to demonstrate functionality, usability, and efficiency of using the cis solution in the format of clinical functionality and technical demonstrations where a broad set of stakeholders across the province will be able to view the proponent’s CIS solution via the demo.• Net Present Value (NPV) for software configuration and development, licensing, subscription (as applicable), maintenance and support, implementation, interfaces and testing, ongoing staffing requirements.
