(1) Vendor needs to provide card processing service.– Proponents must confirm that their Pin Pad solution is capable of:• Presenting resting screens in language neutral formats.• Presenting a main menu which allows for customers to choose the language of their choice, without the need for the Customer Service Representative to intervene or manually change language settings on the device. • Payment card industry data security standard and payment application data security standard compliant• Solution must provide Development and Test environments that can be accessed from Development and Test environments.• Billed for published card brand interchange fees, card assessment fees and any other card brand fees and charges at the published fee rates with no additional incremental fees are to be added to the interchange fees set out by card brands.• All services including customer service, electronic communication, screens, and reports will be provided in both official languages, English and French.
