(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing strategy services.– Design a global and integrated marketing strategy, aligned with the institutional objectives of agency, including the recruitment plan, with detailed action plans for each target market segment.– Market analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of the post–secondary education market in state, including an examination of trends, opportunities, and specific challenges in the post–secondary education sector.– Marketing audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current marketing strategies of agency, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 10, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
