(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle Peoplesoft and oracle cloud infrastructure solution.• Provide PeopleSoft Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Universal credits tailored to needs, ensuring compatibility with the current PeopleSoft environment and compliance with Oracle licensing policies. • Provide comprehensive documentation outlining the details of Universal Credits, including policies, processes, terms of use, expiration information, and the redemption procedure• Actively monitor Oracle updates to ensure benefits from the latest features and licensing terms.• Ensure seamless integration with existing contracts for services(2) The contract period will be for three years.
