(1) Vendor needs to provide strategy and workplan development, implementation service. • Interviews and consultations with key personnel in both community and internally.• Organized and facilitated workshops and focus groups with relevant stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.• Analysis of data and documentation related to planning and building inspection processes.• Site (office) visits to understand operational realities and challenges firsthand.• Comparative analysis with peer municipalities and industry standards.• This might include creating or recommending resources to better communicate process requirements to community partners or testing new service models that enhance stakeholder capacity and collaboration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 20, 2024.
