(1) Vendor needs to provide employee well being services to the government authority located in New Brunswick.– Employee Assistance Coverage shall be available for all employees– Ability to provide staffing levels to support for an estimated 6% of the employee population, or 66 employees, whichever is greater– Long–term counselling/ treatment must be available on an as needed basis– Coaching Services may include services such as Smoking Cessation, Nutritional Coaching, Wellness, Career Planning, Retirement, Shift Work– Services must be readily available 24/7/365 to dispatch support within 3 hours, to a maximum of 6 hours upon notification depending on location, to provide onsite support– Program Management & Promotional Materials(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
