(1) Vendor needs to provide PeopleSoft services.– Provides application management services– Health check reports on all Peoplesoft services on daily basis like Application Server– Process Scheduler, Elastic Search Service, Web Server, Temp Table Storage, Tablespace Issues on the Database and so on– Conduct Pre and Post validation checks on system functionality / services during any implementation like PeopleSoft tools upgrades, patches, fixes, updates, certification updates and maintenance bundles– Re–apply existing customizations after PeopleSoft tools upgrades, patches, fixes, updates, and maintenance bundles and perform the necessary unit/system testing– Provide support with incidents and deliver level two and three support of problem tickets– Provide support with academic calendar year scheduling activities within PeopleSoft– Respond to trouble tickets when batch jobs fail and provide necessary technical and functional support to resolve batch failure– Infrastructure support to the installation of minor updates including bug fixes for third party software, software fix / feature packs, people tools upgrades, oracle database version upgrade, release upgrade and fix packs– Migration of PeopleSoft Objects, External objects or both to all Non–Production or Production environments– Refresh of all Oracle Databases from production– Provide PeopleSoft Campus Solutions module and delivered functionality expertise/guidance upon request in a timely manner.
